Foiled Again

LONDON, Nov. 20.—A pedestrian crossing the Westminster bridge today saw, on the terrace of Parliament the Hon. J. W. Lowther, speaker of the House of Commons fighting another man a furious duel with swords. Police were called. The speaker explained that his physician had recommended duelling as relief from indigestion.
